Great deal - price was excellent for such a nice property. Very clean, comfortable facility. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant and polite. The next morning at breakfast the owner told us they’d purchased and renovated one year ago. I liked that the spacious breakfast room was quiet and across from and down the hall from the lobby (no January wind blowing in.)
It was very tricky to actually get to the hotel. We could see it close by from the main road but it was accessed from a side street behind a car dealership and my iPhone GPS gave me wrong directions. The young man who checked us in said they’ve written to Apple to ask them to change the directions but no resolution. Also, the little “C” (Comfort Inn) roadside sign is hard to see at night. We drove by it twice before noticing it.

The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was horrible. The eggs did not look real, and the sausages had a bad texture. I don't eat carbs much so I was left with eating peanut butter packets. The air condition was loud. I also did not like that the hand soap was a bar of soap and not a pump. It is not very sanitary to have to share a bar of soap with other people.
