There was a pool and a hot hot tub
They only cleaned our room once for our 3 night stay and we didn't have the sign on our door. The breakfast was the same every day, change it up! And towels were very rare to find in the pool area. Additionally, the fridge in our room never stayed cold so our food and drinks we brought back to our room went bad.

I've stayed there in the past. Facility has always been clean and staff friendly.
Well, we stayed for 2 days, and the in the morningnsomeone walked right in our room without knocking. My significant other went after that person to know how they got in our room. Only after going after that person we were able to figure out it was the manager, and she didn't really have a great excuse why she did that. I'm just glad she didn't just walk in 20 minutes earlier... She said she was looking for something, no idea what. The second night, the hot tub was Luke warm, almost cold.
