Breakfast was nicely presented. Gal made sure spills & tables were clean almost immediately.
I liked the card entry of room. No carpeting in our rooms.

In 30+ years of staying in hotels for work or pleasure - this was the first time I ever had the front desk call to make sure that the room met our needs and expectations. Savannah made everything involving our stay a pleasure. The facility was immaculate. The pool/ hot tub was amazing! Thankful for the 24 hour coffee bar.
I feel that the soft drinks were a little overpriced in the lobby even though convenient.

Clean. Staff was responsive and fixed bathtub drain problem
Bathtub would not drain. Problem with the stopper. Maintenance or cleaning team should have caught this. Property was very hard to find, especially in the dark. When I mentioned this to staff, they laughed it off.
