Well lit parking lot
Miscommunication among front desk staff. Man insisted I had no reservation. Several minutes of me insisting I did. His wife had already checked me in and issued me a room key. The paperwork was all sitting behind him on the desk.

Location and price.
I was told I could not have a first floor room because of third party booking. I’m 85 so not happy about having to lug my suitcase up a flight of outside stairs. This morning I noticed few cars in the parking area and several unused ground floor rooms in the vicinity of my car. There is no elevator. I asked. The man who registered my stay said it was the rule about first floor rooms. Since it was prepaid I had no choice. Strongly suggest this be noted in booking Days Inn information. I would have made a different reservation had I been informed.

breakfast was a big disappointment. Not much of a selection.
Didn't like finding out that I had to pay a 40.00 pet fee at the hotel even though I requested a pet friendly room when I booked through Booking. Com I Feel as though I was misled by Booking.Com, Want do that again. I'll just book a room directly with the hotel. Property is old and kinda rundown. Not worth the price. Much better hotels in the area.
