Proximity to the West DesMoines area & interstate. It also felt like a safe area with our trailer.
The room layout was nice with two beds and a separate sitting area.
Upon arrival our room wasn’t made up & the guy at the desk was pretty flippant about it. Just a negative first impression.

This isn’t your average Spring Hill. It’s not bad, but I guess my expectations were elevated with other Spring Hill locations I’ve been to. It was a great price on booking!
Not the usually Spring Hill look and feel. The check in process took a little longer than expected, especially at 11:30 p.m. when we checked in. We were ready to get to bed.

It wasn’t to far from the event
It was not clean, the back doors stayed unlocked throughout the whole night, didn’t feel safe knowing anyone could come in the building, my shower kept filling up in the tub do to clumps of hair stuck in the drain, the elevator was extremely slow and the stairwell smelled of mildew
