the price my pets stayed for free the rooms were very clean and most of the staff was friendly
that the people that didn't pick up there pets poop was still left there which should of been cleaned up at some point bit better and I would of liked to have a microwave in the room

Very little other than price. It’s been stripped of any personality and feels sad.
It’s at an age where it needs attention, it feels neglected, broken ice machine, the parking lot needs major sprucing up, windows need replaced and deep cleaning and a friendlier interactive staff.
