Good location and close to stores and mall

The room was great. I was surprised based on my initial experience with location. Very clean and comfortable. The furniture is nice and comfy. So is the bed. Nice bathroom. Only thing is the sprinkler seems like an unfinished afterthought. It just or of its place like it was remembered last minute. Downstairs is under renovation and access to the elevator isn't directly available from the entrance door. The property location is sketchy, it doesn't seems safe, i felt uncomfortable while outside after dark, but there was no issues with safety during my stay.

Communication was off. They failed to communicate renovation. They failed to communicate elevator issues. They somehow got my email wrong and a few other essential things. I fell in their rainy surface- not their fault, I fole an incidence report, and no one ghas reached out to me. That's not cool. I'm disappointed in the new ways some Marriott properties are handled. I've been a Marriott customer for decades. They are often my first choice, but now customer service and care seems to be lacking. That's disappointing

Scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs scrambled, bacon was tough and hard to bite.

Room wAS MUSTY SMELLING AND ASKED FOR SPRAY TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE ROOM. Home Depot was next door and unloaded trucks starting at 8:30 am, Then at 9:30 PM until 11PM a fork lift moved all the materials stored outside moved the material indoors. Called desk and they said they could not do anything until 11 pm due to local noise ordinancies. HVAC very noisey and disturbed any sleep that we had.
