    The check in was smooth but that was the end of the highlights. The room was a nice size for our family of 5 however the bathroom walls had something smeared on them and the bedroom curtains had a coffee or chocolate milk splatter across them. The couch sinks in unacceptably when you sit on it, when pulled out as a bed there are several support springs missing. When I mentioned these issues to the front desk I received what I felt was a very disingenuous response of disappointment and told it would be remedied however nothing happened besides the towels I asked for be delivered. The pool was sufficient but nothing special and the sauna was nice.

    Sad that the beautiful hotel had rooms that are going through renovations but they are still renting out rooms that are in bad shape. The sad Breakfast is the worse thing cold eggs made from powder and water mix, potatoes that were cold and no bread of any kind. They were out of bread for toast at 8:30 am and had to wait 20 minutes for Hot Water for Tea. All Because they Had ONLY One employee working the Restaurant and Felt So Bad for Him. He was doing his best but seriously serving 100 Customers is a Difficult Task for One Person. I guess it’s Sadly A PATEL HOTEL so MARRIOTT should not be proud
