About this apartment rental
Apartment on the top floor of the house with two totally independent floors. With communal garden for the two floors of 600 meters and well connected with the center of Vigo (10mtos car) and beaches (1 km). All services at the door of the house; supermarkets, urban bus, fish shop, bakery, hospital, restaurants, cafes, health center .. All the photos belong to the upper floor of the house that you rent. It is located in the residential area of Vigo beaches. If you are interested in renting the complete house, please contact us and we will send you the pictures of the ground floor (capacity 7 people, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The price of the ground floor is the same as the one above. Check availability please.
The floor of the house is fully conditioned: it has complete kitchenware (toaster, coffee maker, blender, juice squeezer, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans ...) and sheets, towels, blankets ..... .
Total: 95 square meters without terrace per floor.
The beach is accessed 10 minutes from the house, located in the tourist area of Vigo beaches (el Vao, Samil, La Sirenita ...).

Inside the house smoking is prohibited, this enabled the terrace and exterior of the house (garden ...) to smoke. No parties. Not rented for celebrations of any kind.

The amount of the deposit will only be refunded if the house is in the same condition and cleanliness in which it was delivered.
It will be formalized under a rental contract housing tourist use as indicated by law, which will attach the DNI of the people who occupy the house, as well as the owner of it.

Miguel nos recibió en persona, con un trato exquisito. Nos aconsejó muy amablemente sobre todo tipo de cuestiones prácticas que nos ayudaron mucho durante nuestra estancia.
En la casa no falta detalle. Hemos alquilado bastantes y nunca nadie antes nos había dejado yogures, leche, queso, embutido, huevos, pasta, gel, champú, jabón para la lavadora, suavizarte y un larguísimo etcétera (y, encima, no eran marcas blancas).
Batería de cocina cuidada, de calidad y numerosa, lo que no suele ser el caso. Colchones cómodos.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung recht nah zum Strand. Ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauber und geruchsneutral. Mit breiten Balkon. Dort ist die geräuschkolisse der nach dem Garten liegenden Straße hinzunehmen.
Die Räüme sind dagegen recht ruhig gelegen.
Für den Strandurlaub sind 2 Liegen/Stüle und ein Schirm bereitliegend.
