Good location, balconies and beautiful original stone feature walls. Access very easy, smart entrance with glass lift.
Only one portion of washing liquid was provided. Most people sort a wash into darks and lights. No English instructions for washing machine. When I searched the net, English instructions were for English models only and not Portuguese models of the same brand. Also no instructions on changing language on TV. The TV remote wasn’t working, it was tricky to speak to a real person, most communications were through a virtual assistant.

Good location, adequate size and well equipped. The staff is professional and responsive.
Parking is very difficult. The street is a bit noisy at night during weekends, especially with hot weather and windows open.
