How spacious the room is, and all of the amenities in the room.

The booking agent lied and screwed up the entire reservation. We asked for 2 bedrooms and 3 bed and weāre told the room had 3 beds as we had 3 people innneed of beds. Upon arrival we were told it only had two bed. It was a very high price for 2 beds and 2 of us had to share a bed. I called specifically to ask for this request. I Laos called attempting to speak to the front desk and somehow was routed to booking.con unknowingly. Upon checking in, the front desk made me aware of This which was embarrassing to find out I was bamboozled. I would like a refund or some sort of credit. Thanks.
