Front desk lady was very friendly & great customer service skills. Checked me in quickly & easy. The property was clean outside. The room was clean to my standards.

It was a spacious room with comfortable beds. It needed some more lighting. It had a microwave and fridge which was convenient.
The room smelled, like it was a smoking room in the past. The carpeted floors didn't feel very clean. The bathroom fan was super loud but there was no option, if you wanted a light you had to have the fan on too. The toilet was super loud (running after a flush). If anyone went to the bathroom during the night, they woke up everyone in the room.
