It was centrally located to amenities and the university we were dropping our daughter off at. Great staff and customer service!

The hotel was in a GREAT location with multiple stores and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was very good with great selection. The staff in charge of breakfast was very alert and kept everything full with fresh food.
The rooms were quiet and comfortable.
The staff overall wasn't very friendly. They were more worried about being on their phones rather than welcoming guests. When I checked out, I asked for a copy of the receipt. The lady at the front desk said it would be emailed to me, but I could get a paper copy if I wanted it. I said I did, and she looked at me like I was a horrible person for asking her to do her job.
Also, they did not do housekeeping every day, which is fine if there is some kind of notice. However, nothing was ever said (and there were no signs) about not having housekeeping each day.

lights out in bathroom. Ice maker on third floor
made very very loud noise.
Windows very dirty. Breakfast lacks variety.
