Breakfast was a bit better than the average free breakfast. Place was very clean and pleasant.
Location is technically in a good spot, but people use the parking lot as a shortcut and it is very busy. Getting out of the parking lot complex of multiple box stores can be complicated.

Beds were very nice. Easy access to shopping, freeway and eating. Good breakfast.
2nd floor hallway had a bad smell. Pool area needed assistance. And our bathroom lock didn’t work.

Not clean, unless you ask the front desk to have your room cleaned, our room is not cleaned.
On our first day, as we entered the room, there were some cockroaches on the floor and in the toilet and bath. Even the washing machine was busted and we were told that it will not be fixed because they do not have someone maintaining it! Also the front desk lady or manager was not as nice as those in the Fairfield by Marriott at Richland Hills, TX. People there are very accommodating, always smiling. The Denton Fairfield also does not offer A service vehicle that goes around the shops unlike that in Richard Hills.
Another incident that made us very nervous was when a FIRE ALARM broke off at the wee hour of the morning. When I called the front desk to ask if there was fire, they said there was none but there was just a problem with the switch! It was a horrible experience. We stayed in the hotel for 11 days still.
Two persons who made our stay lighter were the pantry lady with a very long hair, Ang the guy at the reception who was on duty at times. He was nice.
