Pool was down for maintenance and it wasn’t mentioned during the booking.

The staff was INCREDIBLE! A big shout out to Christa & Mary who were cheerful, efficient, and made our stay with two small children and an adult with serious back issues seamless. They followed through with special requests that made our stay comfortable and joyous, and they did it with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much.
The hot tub was not working during our entire stay; hence the 9 rather than 10.
