About this bed and breakfast
Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. Prospect is a urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants and retail stores.
This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space sleeps up to four people. It was constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

The host was great - providing us with all the needed info and so well organized. The carriage house is lovely and was perfect for my husband and I. The neighborhood is one of the most charming I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! Check-in was easy and smooth. The carriage was clean and nestled in a really nice little urban community with a park and a great area to go for a walk. Our hosts were very communicative and thoughtful! We were welcomed with a goodie bag and there were lots of toys and books for kids of all ages in the home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
