Breakfast was “included” I paid more for the breakfast included with my stay and they didn’t have a few of their breakfast items. Essentially just yogurt and all egg related items. My picky kids had a hard time. So I paid like $50 more than someone else did for their stay, for breakfast, for eggs lol.

Beautiful hotel right off interstate 75!! The staff was wonderful!! Beautiful rooms!! Balcony!! Bistro for breakfast and dinner, a small bar with a small starbucks drink area for in the morning!!

Bistro wasn't open for Dinner but they made us drinks and we ordered pizza it worked out great they were very very accommodating!!!!!!

Comfortable room and great location for a UD game

We stayed here for the Dayton basketball game and to visit our son at UD. We walked across the parking lot to the game and were very close to UD. We liked the dinner and breakfast options, but we ended up not using them. Our room was nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

The fridge was nice to have, but it didn't really keep our drinks cold. The water pressure was low on the shower.

I was told by Staci that I would get reimbursed but have yet to see that happen. A lot went on during this stay, example paid for breakfast we didn't receive, cold running water in shower, extra charges on Mastercard, no pool or hot tube available, ie.!

Breakfast options not real great and cost extra. Prices were too high for the quality. The person attending the breakfast was very nice and quite aware of the limited food choices.

The pool water was cold, the pool room was cold, the pool bottom needed to be vacuumed, the hot tub was not opened for use. big dissapointment for children. Big reason we choose this motel.

carpet in bedroom had big black stain, not sure what it was but looked dirty although we stayed 2 days, nobody came to clean room or make beds, (was not expecting new towels). they did not mention this upon check in. no restaurant to dine in and very minimal choices for breakfast!

They had the most friendly, helpful staff! There was a Starbucks located in the building and they offered food! I liked the set up of the room. Love that they offered so many choices on the tv. I usually won’t ride elevators because they scare me but the Courtyard elevators were big enough and a smooth ride! I also took the stairwell and it was large, CLEAN and had cameras which made me feel safe! Plus, I love the free parking on site!!!

Didn't meet standards of the Marriott hotel image.

Trash not picked up in the ice machine area. Room was not swept. There was toe nails on the floor. They gave me sweeper to sweep so i had to sweep the room. Never done that before I thought I was on vacation. Hair on bathroom floor. Cob webs trash in the front entrance piled up falling out.
