Clean hotel, staff was nice
How they charge you a security deposit up front instead of just holding your card on file. Instead of $570 like it was suppose to be, it was $700

The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

The breakfast selection was good, the gentleman on staff kept everything full.
The pool water was cool, the pool air was freezing, and the hot tub was out of order.
