Very clean, excellent room size, great location and atmosphere

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. I tossed and turned all night woke up with the worst back pain.

It was not that far from the planned meeting site. Close to restaurants and shopping

I was there for a funeral. I booked a king room in advance. I was given a queen and was told I could only be given points instead of money back. I am a disabled veteran and requested a walk in shower. Was given a room with a bathtub. They changed the room and the room I was given had a very strong urine smell. The breakfast was not good. It was cold and looked like it was old food. Not many choices given. The construction going on in the area made it difficult to get around. I was charged 9.95 for something. I left the room the same way I got it except for the used towels on the bathroom floor. It was a terrible stay.
