Staff was very friendly and attentive at both check-in and check-out.
I had trouble lowering the blind on the window (room 121). No other issues with the property.

breakfast was wonderful. All the staff are very courteous. Rooms are very clean.
Really liked everything. The only thing I can think of is sometimes the traffic getting in or out of the hotel was a little challenging at certain times of the day and did have trouble with the wifi at times.

The room was a good size, comfortable and quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, check in and out was a breeze and the location was awesome, Walmart next door and restaurants nearby.
This location only has one elevator, when multiple groups or company wants to use the elevator you will have to wait.

Convenient to City of Hope Hospital and numerous restaurants and stores. Staff was hospitable and helpful.
Room was very humid, even with AC at 67 (was facing pool on first floor so maybe that impacts it?) . The toilet is grimy around the base and there is pink mold in the shower ( not surprising since it is so humid). The lighting at the vanity is terrible for putting on makeup, despite the techno mirror/light setup.
