It was clean and close to park. I appreciated the code for the door instead of a key card.
There wasn’t anything for breakfast. The reservation advertised “grab-n-go” breakfast but nothing was available. Also, no microwave or coffee in room.

The room was updated, large and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The location is great - right next to the Springdale town shuttle that takes you to and from the park. The pool was a welcome surprise. The staff were very responsive and accommodating. They allowed me to park in their lot early before check-in so that I could go into the park for an early hike.

Good location, clean.
Beds sagging, no staff available, only a telephone number, cleaners entered our room twice while sleeping, once at 9:14am am and then 10am again while we were sleeping. They did that with every room. Seems they don't care.
No water in room. Noisy because of lack of soundproofing from floor above.
