7th hotel in the USA in 8 days and this is by far our favourite so far. Rooms were great, modern, great beds. Excellent pool and hot tub. Good location in Springdale and lovely staff.

Amazing coffee and bakery in same parking lot. Room did not have a microwave which was a bummer. Beds were beyond comfortable. Very happy with our stay.
Microwave and some drawers would have been nice.

Good location, clean.
Beds sagging, no staff available, only a telephone number, cleaners entered our room twice while sleeping, once at 9:14am am and then 10am again while we were sleeping. They did that with every room. Seems they don't care.
No water in room. Noisy because of lack of soundproofing from floor above.
