My check in manager was extremely helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean, and spacious with comfortable linen on the bed.
I found it strange that there was no free coffee service available in the morning in the lobby. There was an option to purchase Starbucks though. To the hotel's credit, there was a solo coffee machine option in the room, but powdered milk and one small cup of coffee from a pod doesn't exactly get the motor started in the morning.

Elevator was not working and we were on 3rd floor. Had 2 large suitcases. A young lady, I cannot recall, help us going up to our room
Also said breakfast was provided for $10, but all they had was a kiosk to order food at different prices. 4 years ago the hotel provided a free breakfast buffet which was a nice feature.
