Location was excellent. Within walking distance to all squares and historical areas. If needed, Trolley service is only about a block away and you can hop on and off at about 15 stops. Having a kitchen was helpful for restaurant leftovers and keeping cold water at the ready. We had a cottage upstairs room, was very quiet which is a must for us. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Very friendly staff, we always felt welcomed.
The only downside is that the room was a little tired. Our refrigerator had big dents all over the front of it and the area around the outside entry to our exterior door was really dirty and not maintained well. Gave the feeling of the room being a little dirty on entry, but was really just due to age and overuse in kitchen and bath areas. Natural light nearly non-existant from very small windows and lighting needed to be a bit brighter

Area close to down town. Good breakfast. Good size rooms
Rooms are a little dated.
Cost us 35 dollars a night to park. The other side of the inn has free parking at the side of the road. Enough for about 10 to 15 cars so try there first, though it was busy for St Patrick's day weekend.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious.
We had to ask for soap just to wash our hands. The couch in the room was so hard that it actually hurt my finance’s elbow and heel bone just sitting down. It was completely unusable so we just sat at the table. The bed had a weird topper on it that we didn’t like. Guests are forced to use valet parking for an extra $35 a day to have the vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot. There is no other way to park near the hotel.
