    The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We got off the link rail and it was just maybe two blocks up from the station. The surrounding areas were generally safe overall. It’s walking distance to several sights at Capital Hill and several blocks away from Pikes in the opposite direction. Our room was ready for early check in at 7 am, which I did request in advance. The room itself was spacious and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As far as amenities, I would say for a grand Hyatt I was expecting a bit more options on the property, but it was limited. There was a Starbucks, deli/mini mart, hot pot, Ruth’s Chris and a bar with limited hours. Luckily there were a variety of places nearby the hotel so it wasn’t much of an issue. For the overall safety and location, I would consider staying here again. Prices were up and up with other hotels in the area, at times even cheaper.

    The receptionist lady on 18 July at 1:30 pm was not helpful and treated the customer so bad, no service mind at all. This cuased the bad impression of the hotel. No second time for me to stay here
