    I honestly thought this hotel was in another part of town. The 3-Star hotel is well justified.

    Room wasn’t ready when we checked in and we had to wait 20 mins for it to be cleaned. Pool and hot tub had been shut down by the county for violations. They will only clean the room if you stay at least 5 days. We had a couple of roaches in our room. Loud and very run down. I have no idea how it has such good reviews.

    The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. We had no lamp in our room. The rooms are spacious, but dark (without the electric light), and dirty. And we had a nicer room. The staff is friendly, but they can't do anything to fix the situation. By the way, the pool area was closed by the Department of Health due to the dangerous, unsanitary environment.
