Staff was always smiling, pleasant & helpful, and that is primary. The bed & linens are extremely comfortable. Love the location, right around the corner from Newsfeed Cafe & Boston Public Library, 1 block from Boylston Street, & 2 blocks from Newbury St - easy walk to bank, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, coffee houses - 1st rate.
Their toilet paper is too rough for me, I went out & bought some that was softer. Wish the breakfast was available all day.

The location was right next to the subway, central location, big room for our family of 5 and the staff were fantastic!
