Courtyard Boston Copley Square

Close to restaurants and shopping. Able to park car. All within walking distance. Desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean

For the cost there was no continental breakfast.

The location of this hotel was great for what we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and to see a show. There was also a mall close by.

On thing that could have been better about the hotel was the pillows. I like extra pillows, one is not enough, especially if it is not firm enough.

Coffee I bought was about 5 bucks but the free k-cups in my room was better

Even though I prepaid my stay, the receptionist Kristin told me that there was a payment issue and wouldn't let me check in. She claimed that the problem was between me and booking.com, even though I showed her my payment confirmation. She also refused to try and contact booking.com. I had to spend an hour on the phone with booking.com and they told me that the hotel charged the incorrect amount to their account, which got resolved as soon as I was able to reach customer service. As a result, I had to waste an hour and was extremely late for a business dinner. At the end, the issue was resolved between hotel and booking.com, yet she laughed at my face and said it was not their problem at all. This was extremely frustrating given the difficulties it caused me. She did not try to be accommodating, at all.
