Beautiful hotel, great location and clean room
You had zero control over the room temperature. The day we were there it was 98 degrees out and we couldn’t not control
The temperature of our room the air conditioner was set/locked at 78 degrees.
The smart tv option was not compatible with our iPhone and weren’t able to watch our streaming services.
Ice makers were not working

Location location location
The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room is a bit of a turn off. Having to get dressed to go downstairs to get a drink in the morning was a bit of a turn off

This was a nice place! All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was quaint (but perfect for 2). Loved the location!

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.
There was no place to put your clothes. We had to work out of our suitcase. The room is large enough so I don’t know why a dresser could not be added. The bathroom had one sink and no storage below or above for toiletries. Again, the floor was our storage for all bathroom toiletries. The Tv remote did not work. We had to call twice for someone to fix it. The elevators were ancient and one guest got stuck for over 3 minutes, which doesn’t sound long unless of course you were that guest.
