The location and room were both excellent. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The facilities were also very good and would thoroughly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo close to town

The rooms were spacious and always clean. Great location, within walking distance g distance into town. Close parking. Easy to get to mountains, golf, tennis and gondolas. Staff is very helpful.

Brilliant location and great place to stay. Would definitely come back and use as a base.

The room was very tidy, well stocked with coffee, milk pods etc, was well maintained, and had a lovely view of the mountains and river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Short walk to the top of town where the shops and restaurants are. Good value for money compared to other places we've stayed.

Minor gripe, but no air con. There is a Dyson fan in the room, or you can open the sliding door for mountain air to refresh the room.

Very impressed. The layout is a bit mystifying but once you chance upon the right door you’re ok.

Excellent location. Super room with fitted kitchen. Hot tubs, heated outside pool and gym. Receptionist , Angela was superb as was Josh who took us out on a hike ( one of the scheduled activities).

Was told parking was included but then charged $15 per night.

Good location. Comfy bed and well appointed suite

The parking for the block we were allocated was out of action and we had a long walk outside to take our luggage from the car ( rather than use the elevator from the parking garage direct up to the room ) , we were also charged $15 per day to park which wasn’t mentioned on booking. It was waived when queried. We also found the noise from ice making machine in the freezer disturbed our sleep - very intrusive during the night

Highly recommended resort venue.

Great central location. We were in a studio suite in the Downhill Building (higher floors have best views) which was very comfortable all round. Great full kitchen with eating area offers real flexibility during the stay. Excellent shower over bath and spacious bathroom area. Comfortable bed and sofa. Very quiet in room. No charge guest laundry on each floor was very handy. Great outdoor pool - very large and plenty of space in pool and on sun beds even when busy. Very good overall resort facilities and always kept very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really to dislike although suspect some of the lower floor rooms may have limited views or be blocked by trees, but probably luck of the draw.

It was excellent!

The location was excellent. The lake was beautiful. The room was very comfortable, cute and pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had the waffle breakfast one morning and it was great. This is the second time we've stayed here and it will likely be the place we stay every time!

This had nothing to do with the resort. We had to push our trip back after most of the slopes had closed for the season. Because of this we had to drive to the gondola to access peak 7 for skiing each day. We were so looking forward to the easy access to Peak 9, but the timing just didn't work out. I'm certain it would have been a great experience to ski 9.

the property was extremely clean, staff was nice and on point. They had nice events/complimentary activities. we really enjoyed our stay.

peak 9 and 10 closed the week before we arrived, so check the peak closure dates if you’re visiting in April or the end of the season.

Good

The location is good, but staff could have been more helpful using the local bus routes. The room I selected was a good size and had a full kitchen. There are 4 hot tubs on site with a great view of the mountain.

The hotel rate should have been adjusted after Peak 9 was closed. They should have informed guests of the news. I paid for convivence, but I was unable to use the nearby ski lift. The hotel didn't have a local shuttle service available to drop you off at restaurants or the gondola.

I'll stay here again.

The room was beautiful and clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The shower got hot quick and had plenty of water pressure. I loved the separate toilet stall with a fan in it! Brilliant.

The Abercrombie smell in the lobby is overwhelming. Too much.

Very nice property, great staff and great location

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights so we could learn to ski and were very impressed all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better. It is right at the base of peak 9, where the ski school at the Village location was also stationed. There is a Charter Sports at the base of the resort where equipment can be rented, and the resort is a very close walk to stores and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and had an amazing view and a balcony. The full kitchen also saved us from needing to dine out. I can’t wait to go back!
