Comfort Inn & Suites Eden Prairie - Minneapolis Southwest

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable sleeping, quiet and good location right off the highway

The roll in shower with seat was perfect for us. The beds were satisfactory. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and there was plenty of variety. Location was good for us, not far from family. Pool area was very nice and water was a perfect temperature and handicapped accessible with steps and railings not just a ladder.

There was MOLD in our shower and had to ask twice to have it cleaned. There was no ventilation or exhaust in the bathroom. Towels did not dry. Requested housekeeping for bed changes and all they did was straightened the sheets; they did not run the vacuum on the rugs. Room could be 20 SQ. ft. bigger to accommodate handicapped people; we had 2 wheelchairs and 2 walkers for mobility needs. Noticed they were remodeling a room down the hall, they might consider enlarging the floorplan a little

Rooms were clean, facilities overall were clean. Wish the sofa bed was bigger and the king bed was nice, just needed more cushioning

Rooms didn't have USB Hookups for cell phone chargers (we didn't have the adapter with us, so our phones had to be turned off.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows.

None of the ice makers worked. We tried every floor. The breakfast was mediocre at best despite a nice room. Even something simple as a waffle maker would help.
