A hotel that I will want to stay on business traveling

I had some issues with the cleanliness+missing amenities of the first 2 rooms and when I ended up being to honest with the manager about the current DV issues I was experiencing he seemed very concerned and wanted to “help” the girls who work the front desk seemed very willing to help and treated me as if I was an important person and guest till I spoke to the manager the next morning after doing as he asked of me and sitting down with the local police in my own hotel room for 30-45 minutes and jumping through their hoops to only be told “there is a Holiday Inn down the street that may be able to accommodate me better” and the manager refused to extend my stay. Highly disappointing and made me feel like I was not worth the money and time I had spent doing what they requested of me…. Save your energy and go to Holiday Inn I guess… I won’t be able to hoop jump for anyone again or at least tell another place of my personal issues because it was handled so inappropriately here.

We will not stay at this hotel again.
* The King bed with sofa room is too small. In order to open the sofa bed, it needed to be moved (very heavy) so that it could be rolled out. Additionally, the sofa bed is not comfortable at all.
* The free breakfast offers few eatable items.
* The gym equipment and space are very limited.
* Only a few channels on TV are HD and are just two local over-the air. Cannot watch anything - TV is old and useless.
* Location is very good, close to major roads and highways.
