The entire facility was so clean, the room esthetic was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant!
The vending machine on our floor (3) was completely out of drinks. My husband tried the next floor, which was empty too, before going down to the main floor to get a soda. Not a deal breaker though.

Pool and hot tub were great for our family.
I booked via booking.com. On the description it stated the room we booked included 2 queen beds with a pullout couch. There was no pullout couch and the staff told me it would be 15$ more to get a roll away bed. I was also told that breakfast was included but received no vouchers until I spoke with staff on where the breakfast buffet was.
