Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and updated. Check-in staff was a super friendly young woman. It’s always great to be welcomed with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.

There was no breakfast on Sunday morning yet I paid an extra fee on booking.com. Otherwise, everything was great.

My room wasn't available when I tried to check in at 6:15. The desk clerk said it probably was but she didn't get a count on what rooms were available. Seems like that would be easily automated - when a room is available, pass the info to the desk clerk. Also, I would have appreciated free coffee in the lobby rather than just the packet in the room.

The staff were friendly and it was easy to park.

The booking.com link which described the hotel and amenities, was completely inaccurate! Not only did the hotel NOT have a pool or hot tub or jacuzzi, it also did NOT have free breakfast as stated. ALL of the amenities that I listed, were stated in our booking.com links and also confirmation emails. If we had been told that they didn't have a pool/ hot tub or the breakfast included, we wouldn't have stayed there. One of the main reasons why we chose this hotel was because of those two important features. In addition, our floor didn't have any ice machine and we found bugs on the bed after housekeeping had cleaned the room. After we returned, I realized that some of my body and personal items were missing from the bathroom. It was very clearly marked to keep and they shouldn't have taken/removed them from the room. We had issues with the toilet and they did not come to fix, but gave my son a plunger to come back and do it ourselves. This is NOT the standard or quality that you expect from a Marriott hotel.
