Courtyard Arlington Crystal City/Reagan National Airport

The location is great - quiet, feels safe and very convenient for getting to the city center, thanks to the complimentary hotel shuttle and just a few metro stops to Capitol Hill. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable - that’s all we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Washington D.C.

Not a deal breaker - just a few minor things to keep in mind, though they didn’t really affect our stay: - The parking garage is pretty tight, and there were only a couple of available spots when we arrived late at night. And it’s pricey too. - The air conditioner in our room was a bit noisy (it sounded like someone was shoveling/scraping snow nonstop 😄) but I was just grateful it worked well during the 105F+ heat wave. The fridge made weird noise too. - The shower and faucets were a bit outdated but as I mentioned, the most important thing was that everything was clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Location was great because it was right by the airport

There were two shampoos and a conditioner in the shower and no shower gel; the phone kept making a dial-tone noise on speaker with no prompting, so I eventually just left it off the hook.
