My stay was lovely and I would definitely do it again.

The suite was very clean and everything worked appropriately. The view was exceptional and having a balcony, however narrow in depth, was very appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. I really liked how close the hotel was to many different dinning and entertainment options.

I can't say that there was anything that I didn't like. Everything went really well for my stay and the next time I'm in the area for an extended period of time this hotel is definitely high up on my list of places to rest.

Hotel needs some updating. Not enough food places nearby and it seems things close pretty early The coffee at the hotel restaurant was not good and it was $6!! Parking overpriced given the location

Nice stay.

Very clean! The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing.

No microwave! They only show you the Bayview on pictures. Our scenery was nothing like that. All we saw were buildings out of our window.windows. No complimentary breakfast like most places.

Great location - staff and food excellent.

The staff was great all around. Friendly, polite, helpful and well-informed. The biggest surprise was how good the food in the restaurant is. Not that we expected it to be bad, but we wound up eating most of our meals there because we really liked the food and the service.

The decor in the suite is a little outdated now, but that seems a silly thing to complain about since everything else was great. The King Suite we had was very comfortable, and we were happy in it.

Room was missing some items, parking is $43.00/night, the drinking water in the lobby was often empty, they decided to charge our room in the middle of our stay. I expected more from a high priced facility.

Comfortable business class hotel

Good business class hotel, a little aged but well maintained, very friendly reception staff, great views from the top floor (if you are lucky), good public transport links to Newport and Santa Ana

Small things - there was no soap, vanity kit or kettle provided but all was brought upon the request from the reception team. There was a wrong charge added to my bill upon check out but was promptly removed upon my request

It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a couple of nights.

Room was spacious with good light and very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Coffee bar downstairs is convenient. Location is good and convenient but not luxurious. Free Showtime was a nice bonus.

Pool and fitness areas are small. Parking cost extra. For a longer stay I would have liked to have a bigger fridge, a microwave and better coffee machine.

Today in the morning went to restaurant for breakfast. We sat inside near the window. And was dirty. And it had a weird smell.
