Property okay
Customer service was not that great. Charged $100 extra for parking just because it was 4th of weekend! Had no rolling carts available for over 45 minutes had to find one on my own. No ice machine on property need to use freezer ice machine in room or go down to ask front desk for a bag of ice.

Comfortable
The carpet was coming up by the bed. I paid a lot of money not to have holes in the carpet. There was a small glitch of being charged twice. The staff were somewhat rude about it. I even overheard them making fun of the situation when I came down to get my food from door dash. Overall, it was ok but next time I will book the Maya.
