The service. The cleanliness. The WIFI everything was outrageous. We have never visited a hotel with such bad attitude. They told us we have to pay for WIFI and that it’s not included, you need to be a Marriot member for the WiFi. ADDITIONALLY, the treatment we got when we signed in they made it sound like we booked this with someone else’s card ( insinuating we can’t afford staying here) which was very insulting. Overall, the room also wasn’t in the best condition and our view was not good. You have to pay extra for a lot of things which is the most ridiculous part.
