Coffee and tea offering at the M level
One out of 2 available lifts was not working for the duration of our stay which resulted in long waits for lifts. We had to take the stairs up and down. There was no update on when the lift will be fixed. Receptionists had no answers.

Had our room ready early, and stored our bags on checkout day so we could tour city.

room was good. and staff was quick to respond to room service
the wifi did not work and staff never came back to give update. Was told there was continental breakfast but only coffee was served.
