When you open the door of the apartment, it’s so nice to see such a lovely clean apartment with such a lot of equipment in the kitchen

Pleasant for stay while visiting Disney parks. Play at pool to unwind between park days.
Too many people at pools - difficult to find chairs.
Twice staff tried to pressure upsell -
1) you’ve been “specially selected” to go listen to sales pitch for 1.5 hours (was for payment but quantum of which depended on whether I was single or not. As single with kids I would have gone less than married w kids. weird and discriminatory!
2) I was also “specially selected” to receive offer to pay now to come back for discounted rate. But the “Offer only good for next 2 hours” while that particular staff member was on shift.
Must have sales goals.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. Lots to see and do!

Great location and my kids love the pools
Arrived with the bathroom being unclean and contacted customer service and it was a disaster, service wasn’t that great
