I’d call this an adorable mini resort. It was convenient to everything including walkable to Duvall St!
I wish the parking was a tad better, but it was only because guests who had rented golf carts were parking them in spots as well. This limited options.

We loved the location and it was very quiet. Not a lot of kids running around or too loud.
The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. Not sure if it was an old mattress or just to soft but it was sinking in the middle and we both woke up with back pain. Other than that everything was perfect.
