Didn't like parking fee

It was in the location we needed.

I didn't like that we had to pay to park our vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel that we rented a room in. So I paid for the hotel room and also to park our vehicle at same hotel.

The location is great and the parking in front is an added bonus. The staff was friendly.

The cleanliness especially of the floors was poor. My son went in socks just for some minutes and they were really dirty afterwards. The breakfast was very simple and the coffee was not enjoyable at all.

The location was great and very convenient to every where we were trying to go. Plenty of food close by and a liquor store next door.

We didn't get new towels each day. The toilet bowl wasn't seated properly and was at an uncomfortable angle.

This was a great location in downtown Louisville. We're close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit.

The room could have been cleaner. There was some mold on the curtain in the shower. Staff was kind to clean as requested.

I would say, we got what we paid for. low budget low care

Upon checking in, I noticed the room had a strong odor of smoke and the floors appeared unclean, with visible shoe prints from previous guests. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Dirty. They cleaned the room one time over 5 days. Dust everywhere. Damage in the shower and door jams. Had to beg for towels. Made you pay for parking, that was not disclosed on website or on booking.com. Customer service was lacking to say the least.

Nothing at all. This was a very dirty place to stay!

Very dirty and the cancellation policy sucks. The pictures make the place look nice and not a motel but here we are and it’s terrible and dirty! Wish I could cancel and go to a nicer place.

Location to KFC yum center. Price was good also. Room was nice.

Neighbors came in about 1am and yelled and partied until 230am. Slamming doors. I didn't get much sleep. But no I did not call the desk. I figured they were drunk

The hair in the bed, how hot it was when we got there (we were literally sweating for hours after getting there that our makeup would sweat off our face) how dirty the floors were (left our feet black), burn holes in the comforters, got charged for makeup on towels (that was foundation and would have have easily wash out if they properly wash their linens and towels to being with (which they obviously don’t) and light in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to shower by cellphone light.

Floors in room were not clean-dusty and sticky in some places. Asked for 30 min extension for checkout. Clerk deactivated our cards, don't know if this was accidental, but it was annoying. I don't think anyone I dealt with spoke English. Printer wasn't working at checkout, had to write out my email address to receive via email, even though it was on my reservation. 10:58 on day of check out, the staff entered our room while we were packing up to go. Did not heed our comments we were still there. Front desk should have communicated this to the staff. Good thing we had our clothes on!

Location was great, service was ridiculous. They don’t come in and refresh room everyday, so we asked them to come in and bring towels and freshen up room but they didn’t. Then proceed to lie about it. First saying we had a do not disturb on door, 2nd was someone knock on door and we didn’t answer. They will never get my money or recommendation ever. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Rude and disrespectful front desk staff

The location was convenient, right in the heart of downtown Louisville — but unfortunately, any positive aspect was overshadowed by the negative experience I describe below.

I stayed at this hotel during Derby Week, fully aware of the premium rates due to the high demand. What I did not expect—and cannot accept—was the extremely rude treatment I received from the front desk staff during my check-in at 2 a.m. on May 1. The employee was aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. After a long trip from Peru, I was shocked by the hostility. I attempted to resolve this by contacting the hotel directly, but received no response. I will not stay here again.

It's okay for a night in Louisville

- The center of Louisville is reachable by foot in 10 mins. - Parking is included.

- The room was a little dirty and did not feel clean at all. - For that price, the room was not good enough.

It was a convenient stay at the time but will not return if in Louisville again.

The location, as I was close to where I needed to be for the purpose of my visit.

It was very outdated compared to the surrounding properties. The floors in the room didn’t seem to have been swept/mopped before our arrival. For some reason they make you eat the complimentary breakfast in the lobby instead of being able to take it back to the room. When asked about the reason behind it, the hotel staff just pointed to the sign on the wall that only stated per management food is to be eaten in the lobby. Asked about leaving my car parked for an extra 30 minutes to an hour after checkout to attend the last day of my daughter’s tournament within walking distance and they wanted to charge me double the daily rate of parking.

It was close to the Yum Center and other places!

The unit was very dirty. Feet were black and socks were ruined! Saw a roach before we checked out! Staff was nice and breakfast was decent. But the room was nasty. Nothing about the room was good and the room was very overpriced for what we stayed in. I’m ashamed I had my son and grandkids staying in a place like that.

The location was excellent. Near the KFC yum center.

Parking wasn't included but understandable because other places charge more. There were a few homeless people but they were really nice. We felt safe walking around.

A very comfortable place to stay

We first stayed at this motel because we had a family member extremely ill in U of L hospital and the motel was near by. It was an excellent choice. Beds comfortable, nice appliances in room for our use, and accessible. When not too tired to use there was a fitness room available. Nice continental breakfast and reasonable prices. We have made repeat visits. Our downtown Louisville motel of choice.

Due to location lots of sirens and outside noise.
