From the moment I walked in, until I walked out the front door, everything was great. Front desk were amazing. Saturday morning breakfast wasnt available (short staffed) so we didnt eat on Sunday, due to meeting friends in Pell City.

It was a nice location w many restaurants around. The staff was very nice and immediately brought us a new Keurig when ours was broken. The fitness room was nicely outfitted.
I found a roach and a silverfish in our room. It was bitterly cold in the lobby where you ate the (not free) breakfast. No one ever explained why or apologized. Your food was stone cold before you could eat it.
