It gets noisy at night due to the sound of the vehicles passing by. The pillows weren't comfortable either. Many things were not well-maintained either, such as the door, which won't lock completely. They also ask for $60 in cash as deposit.

Lost Money

The room I stayed in was great except for the bathroom door not being able to close. It was clean, a good size, both the fridge and microwave worked, and the bathroom was great.

While the facilities were perfect and actually exceeded my expectations, the reason I'm rating my stay so negatively is that the staff refused a refund despite having only stayed for 1 night out of the 2 that I booked. I did not ask for a full refund, only partial for the night I did not stay. I didn't waste time arguing but it cost me nearly $500 to stay two nights (because it was rave weekend) and I had to check out after one due to unforeseen circumstances. They didn't care to try and make things right and offer either my money back or something of equal value. Instead, they made it clear they only cared about holding onto the money I paid them. Be wary of the hospitality service here.

Honestly the rooms are very nice, very modern reminds me of a typical Baja hotel where it looks rough in the outside but is pretty nice on the inside got the room with the hot tub was a good enough size for 2 plus size people to fit comfortably

Day Staff made the stay completely unpleasant, night staff was nice and was smooth to check out.

Whoever was working that day took the job way too serious. Had a friend come by and smoked outside knowing I was staying in a non smoking room and the guy was furious. He was watching the cameras, was trying to accuse me of smoking in the room when I don’t smoke and was so adamant I was having more than 2 people in the room, which is crazy because I’ve never been interrogated like that before. I didn’t even stay the night, I felt uncomfortable and left before I could fall asleep.

Restful sleep.

The room and bathroom were very clean. There were outdoor cats everywhere which were friendly. I liked that there was a little store around the corner, walking distance, and on the other side of the bridge is a donut shop. Exit is right off the freeway.

We booked this place only for one night, and luckily we were so tired we didn’t really need to watch tv, but the remote was not synced to the television. It was a Friday night, so there were a few cars with music a little loud, but it wasn’t disturbing. That’s all.

The fact that I had a roof over my head for the night. A very loud roof. I could hear everything from the room above. This place should consider having carpets to muffle the sounds of the crack head walking back and forth all night.

You name it. Uncomfortable bed, no coffee maker, no drawers, no place to sit other than the bed. No view. There is a freeway right behind the building. Paid a cash deposit of 60 to have a smoke free room then to church out the guy had to go literally running across the parking lot to check the room for smoke. There was no complimentary toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner. It was just a horrible stay.
