Hampton Inn Pampa

Great!

I was expecting a hot tub and was very disappointed they didn't have one..I enjoyed everything else but had I known there wasn't a hot tub... I would have chosen another Hotel.

Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was very pleasant.

Woul have preferred a 1st floor room.

The facility was very clean and Anthony went above and beyond to our stay a great experience

There was a mix up on the description of the room and the actual room I got. But the staff was very accommodating

Easy on/off, great location. Staff was very professional and courteous.

The bathroom was in poor condition. The shower did not turn off, even with the water flow diverter fully depressed, such that a bath was impossible. While showering, water continued to flow from the faucet into the tub. The bathroom ventilation fan did not work. The toilet barely flushed, because the very short fill tube did not allow for sufficient amount of water in the tank. Additionally, the fill into the toilet tank was extremely slow…for the small amount of water to go into the tank, it took 90 seconds, at barely more than drip speed. The bathroom was a huge disappointment for Hampton caliber. The rest of the room was fine. Photo attached is of a completely full toilet tank…what a joke.
