The TV service could be better. Youtube and Netflix channels are offered, but the guest has to log in these, a security risk I'd rather not take away from home. The LIVE TV channel guide is limited to what's on now and next. You can't look ahead to see what is offered in the evening. Pluto TV is a favorite of mine, but that channel was off-line with an error message all weekend. Please note: This is just a suggestion, there is nothing that would hinder us from booking with Hampton Inn Bath again, we had a great vacation experience.

Location was nice for walking to restaurants in Bath. Free breakfast was appreciated.

I paid extra for a river view room. My room faced a wall that is part of the main entrance facade of the building. There was no river view. I spoke with the front desk and was told that because I went through Booking.com, the room was assigned through that service and not by hotel staff. Okay, but how does Booking.com know which rooms are designated as water view and which aren't? Seems very strange. I was given a $20 gift card to Domino's pizza to compensate. I don't feel this really made up for the terrible view and extra cost. Otherwise, the staff are very pleasant and the hotel was pretty clean. Don't go for river view rooms.
