Good value and comfortable hotel with general breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Very generous hot and cold breakfast choices. Hot coffee and tea available 24 hours. Pool with hot tub was a nice treat.

Unable to walk anywhere since it was clustered with many hotels off a major route.

The staff lady was extremely rude . When my car broke down on the day I was suppose to arrive in 3 states over. And proceeded to tell me they are charging me the full amount for the stay absolutely no sympathy at all . Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Power trip employee going against ADA

Love the location and the cleanliness! Employees have always been exceptional until this visit

Traveling with my service dog, I have NEVER had an issue until one employee named Nex literally came at both my husband and I over my dog. I was told I would be charged and the other employee shouldn't have left us in !!! Mind you, we literally just came from Virginia Hampton Inn and no issues. She was down right nasty to the point of I said I need to walk away from you and I wanted to speak with someone higher up. I was told nobody was available on the weekend! The next morning the gentleman working apologized up and down, I was not charged. Every employee until this point were exceptional and loved our girl. I did a follow-up email and never heard a thing. Very sad...

I was over charged for my stay that was pre paid thu bookings .com in the amount of $241.92 that was applied to my card on June 10th? I had already pre paid for full reservation on day I booked!

I always book with Hampton Inn as I know what to expect. Clean facilities, and a light breakfast.

Location was good. As we travel home from the south we are not interested in amenities but location. We prefer a place close to the highway, easy off and easy on.

Bathrooms are not elderly friendly. Walk in showers would be better.

Noise

Nice, clean facility

There were loud noises that woke me up at 5am. It sounded like someone in the hall banging pans. I actually looked in the hall, but the noise was coming from pipes. It was likely hot water pipes not properly installed causing the noise when expanding. I was in Rm 222.

Exceptional

All the facilities was really clean, the halls, elevator, breakfast area, bedroom and bathroom. The lobby was clean meanwhile they have a close and very protected an area under remodeling. The staff was very nice and attentive. The facilities is pet friendly but all facilities was very clean and smelling clean. I recommend this facility 100%. My own personal experience was really good.

Not great.

It’s in a good location

They seem to have trouble with third party bookings (like Booking.com). I called this hotel to inform them that we would be arriving late. The person I spoke to said that they made a note of it. We were driving over 800 miles and when we finally arrived they said that we were a no show!! I had even called at 8pm to update them on our arrival. They’re also doing renovations so it’s extremely noisy.

Breakfast was ok, should have included some fruit and yogurt.

We felt our bathroom especially needed updating in the shower area.
