    Clean and quiet with very reasonable rates. The facility itself is showing age but appears clean. I've stayed at this location twice and staff have been friendly and helpful.

    When I checked in, I asked for a higher floor. The manager on duty said he could not accommodate me because I bought it through Agoda—even though the hotel was not sold out. Sure enough, someone was above me, and you could hear every single footstep, the radio, the TV, and the conversation. They were not acting loudly so I did not complain. It’s just the floor is paper thin, so much so I Worried that it would fall. Making matters worse, The sink wouldn’t drain, I found other peoples hair in the bed, the floors were dirty, there was blood and snot on the walls, And the linens weren’t clean. I was so tired. I ignored these things rather than leave. On the positive, the location is Close to the Franconia park. But not really in town so you have to drive a mile to get there.
