    roomsd are spacious, we had no towels when we arrived, front staff very nice, accomodated us and gave no towels no issue. pool is a therapy pool, not big, 3.5 feet deep. kind of warm....supposed to have bubbles and jets but they werent working. breakfast not bad, eggs, sausage, a casserole thing, muffins bagels etc. they have computers for gaming. workout room isnt awful, better than what i would think for a best western. rooms are spacious with couch desk. very nice staff

    Nicest hotel in Sandusky in my opinion. Clean and beautiful and great facility. Included breakfast is extensive and tasty. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Huge granite bathroom vanity and tub surround. Large iron kohler tubs. Rooms are perfect and linens are crisp and clean, so are duvets and pillows. Really conscientious management and it shows. Highly recommend and there’s a reason it’s always sold out.

    This was our second hotel, the first hotel which I won’t name made us want to check out as soon as we got there, so I booked this hotel. We spent the whole day at cedar point come back to the room being just the way we left it. I asked the front desk is there a secret on how to get room service, in which I was told to hire more people who want to work. They have 2 house keepers for the whole hotel. We asked for more towels and left it at that. When we left we made sure to make the room as helpful as possible, everything together (dirty towels, trash ect) I get staffing issues. I just wish I was made aware. That’s all. This hotel was a million times better than the first one we checked into that we refused to stay at.
