The older gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The room we were in was open and we didn’t even need to use our card. We didn’t think anything about it but when we came back that evening after dinner. The door opened again with out use of the card. We asked if we could move to a new room and they did move us right away which was nice. The beds were so firm that we may as well slept on the floor. Did not sleep well. The next day we checked out and ate breakfast nearby. My husband realized he left his medicine bag in the room. We called and asked them to check the room and nightstand and they said they did. We still could not find it. We drove back to the hotel and asked to check ourselves and there it was right in the nightstand on top. So they lied and did not check the room. We will not be coming back here not because of the service. mainly because of the cost mortgage of the beds and the doors not working properly on the hotel rooms.

Bathtub and jetted hot tub was nice. Tv was nice with lots of channels. Good view of the car area through the window. It also had a working microwave and a small good refrigerator enough for a couple 2 liters and some waters and some other stuff too.

Under staffed. Some hallways still had dirt left at the doors of rooms that still were being finished well past 9pm at night.

The location was good. Staff was friendly.

Spent the day on the lake and when we arrived the air conditioning unit was not on when we arrived even though we had reserved the room days in advance and it had been in the 90s that day. The room took hours to cool off. The room did not have a tv remote so we had to call the front desk and go down and get one ourselves. The room was clean but the mattress was uncomfortable as it was old and worn. We could feel the springs. The hallways had stained carpet and you have to climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor if your room in on upper floor. The lobby was nice but there were definitely parts of this hotel that could use some upgrades for the price. I've definitely stayed at nicer places for the money.

The room was nice and had a king bed and spa hot tub and that's exactly what I wanted. I really liked the bag of cookies that was in the room, I didn't have to go get something to eat immediately because I had a snack. Thank you!

Did not eat breakfast

Beds were horrible, one was saggy frame was almost broken. Other one was hard. Too much noise, yelling screaming running the halls banging doors. Horrible stay.

The room stunk...it was very musty, mildew smelling. The shower had only hot and hotter water...and it was $10 to do one load of laundry! Staff smoking right outside the door going outside....would take a hard pass on staying here again.

Overall a pleasant experience

This hotel was very easy to find. The gentlemen behind the front desk when I checked in/out were very friendly and helpful. I found the lap desk with cookies/mints absolutely adorable and very nice to use while in bed and watching TV, since the desk was next to the TV and not in front of it. I did not try the waffles or eggs, but the sausage was good, and I liked the individually wrapped options of bread and English muffins. The coffee was very good. I don't know if my stay was quite worth the $100+, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

The pillows could have been firmer, and the bedspread was scratchy.
