    We decided to stay at this hotel for a tennis event, hoping to be close to the venue and by the bay. However, it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The hotel was filled with tourists and families, which was a bit overwhelming. I personally booked the wrong place, but the location itself was good. Just be aware of the extra charges for parking and other fees. The staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I specifically asked for the high floor and paying for the bay view, but she put me on the 4th floor until I asked her to change it. It was frustrating to ask her about the fees. The room service was okay, but I can only give it a 6/10. Changing the towels and not cleaning anything else is what I expected. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless families with young children. The crowds and the inconvenience of parking and driving in and out of the hotel were a major downside.

    Highly recommended! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with the best views of Downtown San Diego. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

    Too expensive for the room you get. Awesome view, but everything inside the room is extremely dated. All food/drinks are unbelievably overpriced.
