The rooms at this hotel are spacious and uncluttered. With room to move around and not bump a table. Very clean and wonderful staff

The hotel is actually really big! Lots of different wings. There does seem to be a difference between first and second floor. First floor was brighter as it has bigger windows. However the ceiling is fairly low, wouldn’t recommend anyone over 6 feet to live on the first floor. This part of Grand Rapids is not that big, so while it may look like it is far from the busy area on the map, it is really not. And because it’s not in the busy area, it is quieter.
