The breakfast was ok

It was quiet. It was clean. Outside looked ran down. Had I not booked already, I would have went somewhere else.

Place looked like a trap house outside.

Convenient easy to get to from the highway

Coffee in the breakfast room was undrinkable. Even though I was send a message in a confirmation from the property when I checked in, there was no record of my booking.

We much appreciated that the room was clean and comfortable with beds, pillow, blanket, and working heat; and I was given permission to eat in my room since I was handicapped and also the elevator wasn't working for my first room booked. Especially since the cold causes my pain to worsen! The price was affordable. OUT of space for dislikes...also there was no shampoo. One of the 2 conditioners was empty. The shower and sink water were cold. We were told to let it run a long while. It was VERY LONG which contradicts the every 3 days laundry of sheet and towels to save the earth. TURN UP THE HOT WATER HEATER AND SAVE THE WATER!!!! At 11pm my husband called the front desk because the neighbors alongside us woke us up with a lot of continuous noise, sounding like they were damaging something possibly. Nothing was done because it continued until 2am when we were able to finally fall asleep.

Had a floor that would have had access to elevator to get to lobby, EXCEPT IT WAS STILL OUT OF ORDER, as prior reviews listed too. Thus with crutches and rollinator needs, had to be moved to 1st floor which my husband had to go out in the cold to get breakfast and bring it back cold to me in the room, because the cold makes my pain worse as well as the rollinator is not comfortable. Had I traveled alone, this would have been a BIG problem. The food and coffee then were cold with going outside. When he arrived for breakfast at 6am, only cold cereal and waffles were available. When he asked if that was all there is, the staff said they would be putting out more. He went back to find bread with peanut butter or jelly choices were available. This is not what the photos showed on the websites. As well, the photos showed and listed ironing board and iron, and hangers for on the hooks; but had just the iron. (The iron did not affect our stay). But the listed amenities of coffee in rooms very much was displeasing, as I booked knowing there should be one!! Also did not appreciate the front desk staff letting their dog crap along the main walkway into the lobby and after putting the dog inside, not cleaning up after it so children or anyone walking as a group did not step in that. Gross and unsanitary. The comfortable chair on wheels needed replaced upon arrival with one without wheels and bit less comfortable, because as I began to sit in it, it tipped forward, because it was broken. Luckily I caught myself with the table "BEFORE" falling off and causing more severe injuries since I already was injured. At that point, I realized the table was cheaply made and flimsy and "could" have tipped with me under it, possibly even damaging the table and me with the fall. Thankfully, that was not the case. The lobby staff was courteous. However, they were very hard to understand my husband said.
